Advanced reports - Analyze your Heyday bot
Go to Heyday, select Insights
, and then select Advanced reports to download a product analytics report or Heyday chatbot conversation, team, department, or dialog performance report as a CSV.
Report options
Review key chatbot and team performance data. You can set a date range for your report and download a CSV for any of the following reports:
- Conversations report - Overview of your chatbot conversation traffic and details about the teammates who handled them. This report also includes a conversation score for your chatbot. This score is based on customer feedback indicators and chatbot performance and does not apply to any conversation with a teammate.
- Team's report - Conversation and teammate details by team.
- Department report - Conversation and teammate details by department.
- Dialog performance report - Customer's chatbot conversations by FAQ type. This report contains all FAQs except
Request to talk to a human. - Product analytics report - Click and add to cart data for products the chatbot or teammates have sent to the customer.
