View a Heyday customer's profile and activity

Review useful details about a customer, such as email address, first and last name, shipping country, or language. You can also review a customer's activity and order history. This information can help you personalize your responses, build stronger relationships with customers, and reduce time spent asking questions.

You can find basic details in the Profile area, like email address, name, and the department they've requested to work with (right below the profile picture).

In the Activities area, you'll find the following information:

  • How many conversations has this customer opened
  • Average duration of their conversations
  • Last visited website pages
  • How long the person has been a customer
  • Last message date and time
  • Customer's device
  • Operating system
  • Browser

In the Orders area, enter the customer's email address or an order number to view all of the orders from that customer.
