Learn more about your customers, track their engagement, and dig into your Heyday data with Heyday insights.

Get an overview of your chatbot performance

Explore your Heyday data and use it to optimize your chatbot and customer experience. In Heyday, select Insights , and then select a report type.

You can use the lists at the top of the page to filter your chart data by channel, date range, or time. You can also select multiple channels and review interactions during and outside of your business hours.

Insights reports:

  • Overview - View chat data in real time, gain insight into your customers, track your teams' engagement data, and review your chatbot performance.
  • Conversations - Take a deep dive into your Heyday conversation data. See where you're getting the most return on your investment and where you can further optimize your chatbot strategy.
  • Team performance - Review your teammates response times, resolution times, CSAT scores, and more.
  • Advanced reports - Download a product analytics report or a Heyday chatbot conversation, team, department, and dialog performance report as a CSV.
